- A quote is valid for the period stated within it and is subject to a survey of your property.
Grants and government schemes
Where we mention government grants or schemes, eligibility is determined by the relevant scheme and any third-party administrator, not by Heat Guard. We will help you check your eligibility, but we cannot guarantee that funding will be approved.
Bookings and cancellations
If you book a survey or installation, please give us reasonable notice if you need to rearrange or cancel. Any cancellation rights that apply to agreed work will be set out in your written contract.
